Job Summary:
As a Senior Laravel Developer, you will lead the development of new applications and improve existing applications using the Laravel framework. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to create high-quality web applications that meet our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced web applications using Laravel and other modern technologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to plan, design, and develop dynamic web solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Lead the integration of front-end elements with server-side logic and functionality.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Manage all technical aspects of the development lifecycle, including debugging and performance tuning.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong background in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Expertise in MVC design patterns and object-oriented PHP programming.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of other PHP frameworks like Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend.
